They sell used mattresses without disclosing it to the buyers which is disgusting. Also, when you make a warranty claim because the mattress is in terrible shape with failed springs and used, they will not help. No live person on the website and the claims department is unreachable. Brandon the manager will not back anything the sales people sell.
